The KIVU MARINA BAY hotel project is a 76 room modern 4-star hotel project in the Southern part of Rwanda that is promoted and implemented by KIVU MARINA BAY Limited, a company co-owned by the Catholic Church-The Diocese of Cyangugu and the Western Province Investment Corporation (WESPIC). The total project is expected to cost RWF 14.2 Billion (equivalent to USD 22 Million). The project is being erected on a plot size of 10 Hectares that is strategically placed near the airport and connecting to the shores of Lake Kivu.
